Commissioned by GPT and Charter Hall, THERE partnered with Colliers International leasing team to create a compelling lease marketing campaign for the leasing of over 12,500sqm office space across low, mid and high rise, as well as professional suites.
A unique positioning was built around the towers' premium grade status, the quality of amenities and it’s location at the crossroads of Sydney. The messaging invited businesses to take a leadership position, appealing to ambition and aspiration, likening the occupants of 2 Park Street as members of an exclusive club.
We art directed campaign imagery to reflect the messaging device and showcasing the breathtaking views on offer at 2 Park Street. Deliverables included: Leasing brochure, flyers and editable document templates and bespoke keyring gift. The addresses numeric '2' formed the shape of the keyring.
