Knight Frank are an international property consultancy, and one of Australia’s leading experts on prime commercial property nationwide.
80 Pitt St is a distinct heritage address in Sydney’s CBD. This former QBE and Bryant House building was designed by renown architect Emil Soderten in the late 1930’s and boasts unique architectural features reminiscent of the Art Deco period.
The building was about to go through major refurbishments and as such, THERE were commissioned by the Knight Frank leasing team to re-position the building, inject freshness and life to reinvigorate its tired brand image.
Our approach was to draw inspiration from the distinct heritage saw-tooth facade and to develop a bold logo and graphic device. Rich vibrant colours and a bold tone of voice helped celebrate its rich history whilst instilling a sense of place into a soon to be exciting, modern workplace.
The outcome was a successfully implemented campaign across a range of collateral with positive feedback from the client and a continued strengthening relationship with Knight Frank.
