350 apartments at Midnight were brought to life by power-house developers Geocon, and beautifully designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects (of MONA Gallery-fame), it's another architectural hallmark building that is helping move the nation's capital into a stylish new era.
THERE : Property – were selected to establish a brand strategy & positioning, unearthing the authentic truth, to then influence design of a bold brand campaign delivering on a suite of marketing collateral to assist with the launch-to-market phase.
We facilitated a Discovery Workshop that informed the developments Brand strategy. THERE worked closely with Geocon stakeholders to gain valuable insights setting the foundation to; establish the brand persona, define the buyer profile segments, assess key attributes and emotional drivers.
Using an approved brand strategic framework we were able to rollout the campaign elements that led to immediate sales results with an inspiring compelling marketing campaign. With close to 50% of sales within the first fortnight, Midnight was set up for success from the start.
Our scope included; Brand Identity & campaign, all brand imagery, brand voice & copywriting applied to primary sales brochure, display suite, hoarding and digital.
