THERE's specialist property division was invited partner with Geocon once more, to create a an elegant sexy brand campaign for their most premium residential development to assist with the launch-to-market phase.
GEOCON's mission is to transform the Australia's Bush Capital into a global city, by delivering world-class innovation and global inspiration to Canberra.
The campaign was anchored around the idea of 'why live in the city, when you can own a part of it'. This spawned the positioning idea of 'Own the city' – Speaking to the very best Canberra has to offer.
Beautifully designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects (of MONA Gallery-fame), it's set to become another architectural hallmark building that is helping move the nation's capital into a stylish new era. The Deco-style brand idea became the inspirational brief for the Architects who designed a striking architectural ‘ziggurat’ facade.
Our scope included; Brand Identity & campaign, all brand imagery, brand voice & copywriting applied to primary sales brochure, display suite, hoarding and digital.
Using our proven brand strategic framework we were able to rollout the campaign elements.
The market response to VIP launch was immediate and clear – Within 3 hours, almost half the developments stage one was sold, generating $80 Million + in sales.
