THERE were invited by developers Allen Linz of Rebel Property Group and Eduard Litver of Capit.el Group to create a positioning & brand for their $440 million Bondi Beach development overlooking the world-famous stretch of sand.
THERE established a strategic positioning, naming and proposed look and feel concepts to align with the Bondi Beach development destined to deliver landmark living in a once-in-a-lifetime location. Aimed at a local and international audience the naming appealed to a global appeal.
The outcome was a flamboyant and elegant property brand that played-to the duality of the offer’s high-end architectural & finishes juxtaposing with glamorous beach culture.
